    I just tried Bowtie through the Mac App Store and modified a genius theme mimicking desktop icons. I modified the Desktop 3px theme to have an icon size of 64px by 64px, the title below the artwork and include multi-click controls. That means you can click once for play/pause, twice for skipping to the next song and three time for going back a track. You can give the theme a try by downloading it.
